Capital City / Westside Lacrosse and Badgerland Lacrosse League use USA Lacrosse rules, age grouping, and eligibility guidelines. 

Our Boys Youth program is segmented by 2-year age groupings with a Sept 1 - Aug 31 "league age" definition, typically covering 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U ages.

Our Girls Youth program has 2 teams: 14U (middle school) and 10U/11U (not-yet-middle school).
